Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing & Sales Intern who can contribute to both brand building and customer interaction. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to how marketing, content, and real customer conversations work together to drive growth. Key Responsibilities Marketing Assist in creating content for Instagram, YouTube, and campaigns Coordinate with designers/editors for reels and ads Support product launches and marketing execution Research trends, competitors, and audience behavior Help with influencer collaborations Customer Experience (Sales Support) Handle inbound leads from social media, website, and WhatsApp Assist customers with product queries and purchase decisions Support follow-ups and lead nurturing Maintain basic lead tracking Enhance experience at the experience centre What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills (Hindi & English) Interest in marketing, branding, and consumer behavior Understanding of social media trends Confident, proactive, and eager to learn Ability to take ownership and multitask What You’ll Gain Real exposure to marketing + customer interaction Direct learning from founders Opportunity for a full-time role based on performance
