JOB DESCRIPTION – MARKETING EXECUTIVE Position Marketing Executive Department Marketing / Business Development Industry Industrial Services | Fabrication | MEP | Engineering | Manpower Solutions Experience 0 to 5 Years Qualification Any Degree / Diploma / MBA Marketing (Preferred) Employment Type Full Time Working Hours 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Job Summary The Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating business opportunities, developing client relationships, promoting company services, and supporting overall business growth. The candidate will coordinate with clients, identify market opportunities, and assist in achieving company sales and marketing targets. Key Responsibilities Generate new business enquiries through direct marketing and client visits Promote company services to industrial, commercial, and project clients Develop and maintain strong client relationships Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities Prepare quotations, proposals, and marketing presentations Coordinate with internal departments for project and service execution Follow up with clients regarding enquiries, negotiations, and approvals Support vendor registration and tender-related activities Maintain marketing reports, customer database, and daily activity records Achieve monthly marketing and business development targets Required Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits Target-oriented and proactive approach Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with experience in industrial services, fabrication, engineering, manpower supply, MEP, or construction industry preferred Freshers with good communication skills may also apply Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred Salary & Benefits Attractive Salary Package Overtime (OT) Benefits Travel Allowance Incentives Based on Performance Career Growth Opportunities Other Company Benefits as per company policy
