Finance Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our team at Shree Ganesh Enterprises to support the financial operations of our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, collections, vendor payments, compliance, and cash flow management while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies. This position offers a monthly salary of ₹15,000 – ₹28,000, along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth. Key Responsibilities: • Knowledge of home loans, financial products, and debt collection processes is highly preferred. • Manage end-to-end Home loan process & financial reporting. • Oversee collections, vendor payments, and cash flow management. • Ensure strict compliance with company policies and financial regulations. • Conduct market research to identify trends and optimize financial processes. • Maintain accurate financial records and provide timely analysis for management. Job Requirements: • Minimum qualification: Graduate with 1–4 years of relevant experience. • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and financial accuracy is essential.....
