Job Description
🔹 Visit companies and businesses to generate recruitment requirements
🔹 Develop new clients for staffing and recruitment services
🔹 Explain company services and close business deals
🔹 Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
🔹 Follow up with leads and client requirements
🔹 Coordinate with the recruitment team for hiring needs
🔹 Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
🔹 Prepare daily visit and sales reports
