Ecommerce Account Manager

Job Title: E-Commerce Executive Experience: 1–2 Years Location: A50, Dasharathpuri,Dabri Palam Road, Bharti Refrigeration Works, 110045 Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage and support our online sales operations across various marketplaces and websites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product listing, order management, and marketplace coordination. Key Responsibilities: • Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart,myntra, etc.) • Upload and update product details, images, pricing, and inventory • Handle order processing, returns, and cancellations • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth order fulfillment • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment • Work on product cataloging and content optimization • Generate sales and performance reports using Excel • Coordinate with customer support for order-related queries • Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing Required Skills: • Good knowledge of Amazon/Flipkart/Seller Panels • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred) • Basic understanding of digital marketplace operations • Good communication and coordination skills • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Preferred: • Experience with product cataloging tools or website backend • Basic understanding of SEO for product listings
