About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter & Creative Writer to join our team at Brimbus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating persuasive, engaging, and compelling copy across multiple platforms, supporting our marketing and branding efforts. Key Responsibilities Write clear, engaging, and original copy for social media, blogs, websites, ads, and campaigns Develop creative content and copy strategies aligned with brand tone and marketing objectives Write promotional and conversion-focused copy for marketing campaigns and brand communication Proofread, edit, and improve content for clarity, grammar, and consistency Collaborate with the creative and design team to deliver impactful visuals + copy Craft catchy headlines, taglines, and call-to-actions (CTAs) Conduct basic research to ensure accuracy and depth in content Maintain content calendar and meet deadlines consistently Requirements Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field 1–3 years of experience in copywriting or creative writing Strong command over English (writing, vocabulary, and grammar) Creativity with the ability to brainstorm ideas and produce original content Familiarity with SEO basics and social media writing Ability to write persuasive and audience-focused copy Portfolio of previous writing work will be an added advantage Agency Experience Preferred Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund
