Job Description

Position: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Company: Techno Music India Pvt Ltd Location: Noida / Delhi NCR Role Summary: We are looking for a performance-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) responsible for driving revenue growth through marketing, generating dealer and customer demand, and building strong brand visibility across India. Key Responsibilities: • Lead generation (Dealer + Customer) • Performance marketing (Meta, Google, YouTube) • Campaign planning & execution • Brand building and positioning • Sales team support (leads + marketing materials) • ROI tracking and optimization • Influencer and digital marketing strategy KPIs: • Leads generated (monthly) • Cost per lead (CPL) • Conversion rate • Dealer acquisition • Marketing ROI (target: 3x–5x) Experience: • 5–10 years in marketing (B2B/B2C/D2C) • Strong experience in performance marketing and lead generation Qualification: • Graduate (MBA preferred) Compensation: • ₹6–7.5 LPA + performance incentives We are looking for a growth-oriented leader who can build scalable marketing systems and drive measurable business outcomes.
