Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assign daily work to workers and monitor execution
• Supervise production activities and ensure work completion on time
• Monitor worker productivity and solve day-to-day operational issues
• Issue consumables, hardware, materials, and maintain records
• Maintain daily stock entries and inventory records
• Maintain labour attendance and daily workforce records
• Coordinate loading, dispatch, and delivery activities
• Ensure finished goods are ready as per schedule
• Submit daily production reports to management
• Follow up pending works and report delays immediately
• Maintain workplace discipline and safety standards
• Coordinate with management regarding manpower and production requirements
