Quality Inspector

We are looking for a QUALITY LINE INSPECTOR to join our team at Prime Management Industrial Services. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,221 - ₹30,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry. Position: Quality Line Inspector Industry: Automobile / Auto Components Manufacturing Department: Quality Assurance / Quality Control Experience: 1–5 Years Salary: ₹15,221 – ₹22,000 per month Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.E. Mechanical Job Responsibilities Perform in-process inspection on machining line (CNC, VMC, Turning, Milling). Check dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Dial Gauge, Plug Gauge, Snap Gauge, etc. Conduct visual and dimensional inspection of machined components. Read engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T. Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and rejection data. Identify defects and segregate non-conforming parts. Coordinate with production team for corrective actions. Ensure quality standards as per ISO / IATF requirements. Support final inspection and customer quality audits. Monitor line quality and reduce rejection/rework. Required Skills Knowledge of machining processes and automobile components. Hands-on experience with measuring instruments. Basic knowledge of CMM inspection. Understanding of QC tools and inspection methods. Good communication and documentation skills. Ability to work in rotational shifts. Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in automobile machining line preferred. Candidate should have strong attention to detail. Immediate joiners preferred.
