Job Description
Conduct quality inspections of footwear products at various stages of production and before dispatch.
Check product specifications, finishing, stitching, fitting, sole attachment, color consistency, and overall appearance.
Identify, document, and report defects or non-conformities.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer requirements.
Monitor production processes to minimize quality issues and rejections.
Coordinate with production, merchandising, and warehouse teams for corrective actions.
Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and audit documentation.
Perform random quality checks on finished goods and incoming materials.
Support implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality control procedures.
