ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Perform manufacturing / assembly / shop floor operations as per SOPs Ensure quality checks at designated production stages Maintain safe work practices and adhere to plant safety norms Follow shift timings and report to assigned shop/line supervisor Participate in 5S and continuous improvement activities ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA Age: 18 to 26 years Qualification: ITI (NCVT / SCVT) – Passing Year 2021 to 2025 Experience: 0 to 6 months only Candidates from unionised OEMs – NOT eligible Male: Technical trades only | Female: All trades eligible Physical (Male): Min.
