Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities on the shop floor
Operate and oversee VMC & CNC machines to ensure smooth production
Plan and allocate manpower effectively to meet production targets
Monitor machine performance, downtime, and productivity
Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications
Coordinate with maintenance team for machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance
