Production Supervisor

Hiring: Production Supervisor Location: Mumbai, Wadala East Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month Experience: 3–8 Years Responsibilities: Supervise daily production activities and production team Manage and guide Bulk Kitchen Chef staff Ensure production of cookies, muesli, and other bakery products as per recipes and process Plan daily production and achieve targets on time Monitor raw material usage and reduce wastage Handle purchase of raw materials, packaging materials, and vendor management Train team members on production processes and hygiene practices Maintain production, inventory, and batch records Resolve production issues and avoid delays Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are followed Requirements: 3–8 years of experience in food production, bakery, snacks manufacturing, or central kitchen operations Strong experience in team handling and production supervision Good understanding of production planning and quality control Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
