Production Manager Company: Woodanjo Pvt. Ltd. Location: C-15/A, IDA Patancheru, Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month About Woodanjo Woodanjo Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of premium teak wood doors, door frames, and interior wood products. With a modern manufacturing facility, advanced CNC machinery, and direct sourcing of African teak wood, Woodanjo serves builders, contractors, architects, developers, and institutional clients across India. Position Overview We are looking for a Production Manager to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations and ensure efficient production, quality control, workforce management, and timely order execution. Key Responsibilities - Plan and supervise daily production activities. - Ensure production targets are achieved within deadlines. - Monitor product quality and maintain manufacturing standards. - Manage factory workforce, supervisors, and machine operators. - Coordinate with procurement, sales, dispatch, and management teams. - Reduce wastage and improve material utilization. - Ensure proper maintenance and operation of machinery. - Implement and maintain production SOPs. - Monitor inventory of raw materials and work-in-progress stock. - Prepare daily and monthly production reports. - Ensure workplace safety and operational discipline. - Identify and resolve production bottlenecks. Requirements - Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. - Minimum 1-3 years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing operations. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Good knowledge of production planning and inventory management. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Preferred Experience - Experience in woodworking, furniture manufacturing, doors, door frames, modular interiors, plywood, laminates, or related industries will be preferred. - Candidates from other manufacturing backgrounds with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
