The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills and the ability to manage production processes efficiently. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities. Ensure production targets are achieved within specified timelines. Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and quality teams for smooth operations. Monitor production schedules and resolve operational issues promptly. Maintain production records, reports, and documentation. Ensure adherence to quality standards and company procedures. Optimize resource utilization to improve productivity and reduce wastage. Track raw material availability and coordinate with relevant departments. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines. Collaborate with different teams to ensure timely dispatch of finished goods. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Production, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting. Good communication and team coordination abilities.
