Planning & Scheduling: Developing, organizing, and monitoring production schedules to meet customer demand.
Operations Management: Supervising daily manufacturing operations to ensure maximum productivity and quality standards.
Resource Coordination: Procuring raw materials, managing inventory, and ensuring machinery is maintained or repaired.
Budgeting & Cost Control: Estimating costs, setting budgets, and reducing expenses.
Team Leadership: Hiring, training, mentoring, and evaluating production personnel.
Safety & Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
