Packing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Supervise daily packing operations and manpower. Ensure proper packing as per customer specifications and standards. Monitor packing quality and prevent damage during handling and transportation. Maintain packing material inventory and coordinate replenishment. Prepare and verify packing lists, labels, and dispatch documents. Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch departments. Ensure timely completion of packing schedules. Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the packing area. Train packing staff on packing methods and quality requirements. Monitor productivity and report daily packing status to management. Required Skills Knowledge of packing processes and materials. Ability to manage a team and allocate work effectively. Basic understanding of quality standards. Good communication and coordination skills. Knowledge of inventory and dispatch documentation. Problem-solving and leadership abilities. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP preferred).
