Job Description – Installation Supervisor Company Name: Kalpatru Doors Position: Installation Supervisor Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Construction / Building Materials / Doors & Interior Solutions Location: As per project requirements Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and skills) Job Summary Kalpatru Doors is seeking a dedicated and experienced Installation Supervisor to oversee the installation of doors and related products at construction and project sites. The candidate will be responsible for managing installation teams, ensuring quality workmanship, coordinating with clients and contractors, and completing projects within scheduled timelines. Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor door installation activities at project sites. Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, architects, and clients. Ensure installations are completed as per approved drawings and quality standards. Plan manpower allocation and daily work schedules. Conduct site inspections and resolve installation-related issues. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures. Maintain installation reports, progress updates, and material records. Verify measurements and site readiness before installation. Train and guide installation technicians and site workers. Ensure timely completion of projects and customer satisfaction. Eligibility Criteria Education: HSC (12th Pass) with ITI/Diploma in Civil, Carpentry, Interior, or related trade, OR Graduate in Civil Engineering. Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the construction, interior, building materials, doors, windows, or related industry. Experience in site supervision and installation management is mandatory. Required Skills Site supervision and team management. Knowledge of construction and installation processes. Ability to read technical drawings and site layouts. Strong communication and coordination skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
