Job Description
• Perform mechanical/electrical assembly activities as per drawings and SOPs
• Operate assembly line equipment and production machines
• Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and measuring instruments effectively
• Conduct quality inspections and identify defects during assembly
• Ensure daily production targets are achieved
• Follow safety standards and 5S practices on the shop floor
• Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams for smooth operations
• Maintain production records and checklists
• Handle material movement and support packing activities when required
• Report machine issues or production deviations immediately
Required Skills
• Experience in manufacturing/assembly operations
• Knowledge of assembly tools and production processes
• Basic understanding of quality inspection
• Ability to work in shifts
• Good teamwork and discipline
