POSITION DETAILS Particulars Details Position Conventional Machine Operator Number of Openings 10 Candidates Job Location Nuh, Haryana Industry Preference Manufacturing Industry Salary Approx. n4 LPA Experience Required 10 Years & Above EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION • Any Graduate • Diploma from Government College • ITI • Non-ITI candidates with strong practical experience may also apply REQUIRED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE Candidates must have practical hands-on experience operating conventional machines (Non-CNC Machines), including: • Milling Machine • Boring Machine • Shaper Machine • Lathe Machine Candidates should be capable of: • Machine setup and operation • Reading basic engineering drawings • Handling machining activities independently • Maintaining quality standards • Routine machine maintenance and safe operations EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT • Minimum 10 years of practical experience in operating conventional machines. • Candidates must have worked in heavy manufacturing or engineering environments. PREFERRED INDUSTRY BACKGROUND • Manufacturing Industry • Rolling Machine Companies • Construction Equipment Companies • Compressor Manufacturing Companies • Engine Manufacturing Companies • Automobile Assembly Machine Companies (Candidates from Automobile Manufacturing Companies are not preferred) • Generator Manufacturing Companies • Cooling Tower Manufacturing Companies KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Operate conventional machines efficiently and safely. • Perform machining activities as per production requirements. • Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards. • Maintain machine cleanliness and upkeep. • Coordinate with supervisors and production teams. • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines. REQUIRED SKILLS • Strong practical machining knowledge • Understanding of machine operations • Ability to work independently • Discipline and commitment toward production targets • Knowledge of industrial safety practices
