क्या आप INDORE में एक बेहतरीन करियर की तलाश कर रहे हैं? हमारी कंपनी को एक कुशल और अनुभवी इंजेक्शन मोल्डिंग मशीन ऑपरेटर (Injection Moulding Machine Operator) की आवश्यकता है। इस रोल में आपको न केवल प्लास्टिक इंजेक्शन मोल्डिंग मशीन को कुशलतापूर्वक चलाना होगा, बल्कि मशीन के दैनिक रख-रखाव (Preventive Maintenance) और छोटी-मोटी तकनीकी समस्याओं को ठीक करने (Troubleshooting) की जिम्मेदारी भी संभालनी होगी।
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (Key Responsibilities)
मशीन ऑपरेशन: प्लास्टिक इंजेक्शन मोल्डिंग मशीनों को सुरक्षित और सही तरीके से सेट करना और चलाना।
मोल्ड सेटिंग (Mold Setting): मशीन पर मोल्ड को लोड और अनलोड करना, कोर और इजेक्टर्स को सही से सेट करना।
पैरामीटर सेटिंग: मशीन के तापमान (Temperature), दबाव (Pressure), शॉट साइज और साइकिल टाइम (Cycle Time) को मटेरियल (जैसे- PP, ABS, PC, Nylon) के अनुसार सेट करना।
मशीन मेंटेनेंस (Maintenance): मशीन का दैनिक और साप्ताहिक रख-रखाव करना। जैसे- ऑइलिंग, ग्रीसिंग, फिल्टर साफ करना और हाइड्रोलिक लीकेज की जांच करना।
फाल्ट फाइंडिंग (Troubleshooting): प्रोडक्शन के दौरान आने वाली समस्याओं (जैसे- शॉर्ट शॉट, फ्लैश, सिंक मार्क, बर्न मार्क) को पहचानना और उन्हें तुरंत ठीक करना।
क्वालिटी कंट्रोल: यह सुनिश्चित करना कि मशीन से निकलने वाले प्लास्टिक पार्ट्स कंपनी के क्वालिटी स्टैंडर्ड्स के मुताबिक हों।
आवश्यक योग्यता और कौशल (Requirements & Skills)
शैक्षणिक योग्यता: ITI (फिटर/प्लास्टिक प्रोसेसिंग ऑपरेटर/मैकेनिक), डिप्लोमा इन प्लास्टिक टेक्नोलॉजी (CIPET) या समकक्ष व्यावहारिक अनुभव।
अनुभव: इंजेक्शन मोल्डिंग मशीन ऑपरेटर और मेंटेनेंस में न्यूनतम 2-3 साल का ठोस अनुभव।
तकनीकी ज्ञान: हाइड्रोलिक और इलेक्ट्रिकल सिस्टम की बुनियादी समझ। मोल्डिंग डिफेक्ट्स (Molding Defects) को ठीक करने का अनुभव।
शिफ्ट में काम: रोटेशनल शिफ्ट (डे/नाइट) में काम करने की इच्छा और क्षमता।
