Job Description
Operate lamination machines as per production planning and job specifications.
Handle solvent-based and/or solventless lamination processes.
Ensure correct bonding, coating, and alignment during lamination.
Monitor machine speed, temperature, tension, and adhesive application.
Check quality parameters such as:
Bond strength
Bubble formation
Wrinkles
Delamination
GSM consistency
Prepare and mix adhesives as per production requirements.
Maintain minimum wastage during production.
Perform machine setup, cylinder mounting, and job changeovers.
Coordinate with Printing, Slitting, and Quality departments.
Maintain production records and machine logs.
Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of machines and work area.
Follow safety procedures and production SOPs.
