Job Description
Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines.
Monitor electrical panels, motors, drives, transformers, and utilities.
Ensure smooth operation of production equipment with minimum downtime.
Attend machine breakdowns and resolve electrical faults quickly.
Maintain maintenance records and daily reports.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for machine efficiency.
Ensure safety standards and electrical compliance in the plant.
Support installation and commissioning of new machines/equipment.
Monitor power consumption and suggest energy-saving improvements.
Required Skills
Knowledge of electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
Understanding of PLC, motors, sensors, drives, and control panels.
Ability to read electrical drawings and circuits.
Knowledge of Induction Hardening and Forging Machine Maintenance.
