Supervise day-to-day floor operations and ensure smooth workflow
Manage and monitor workers / technicians on the floor
Allocate work and ensure tasks are completed on time
Maintain discipline, safety, and productivity on the floor
Coordinate with production, quality, and store departments
Monitor material usage and avoid wastage
Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and machinery
Maintain daily production reports and attendance
Identify issues and take immediate corrective actions
