Job Summary We are seeking experienced and skilled Fitters for structural fabrication work. The candidate will be responsible for interpreting fabrication drawings, marking, fitting, assembling, and aligning structural steel components as per project requirements while ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret fabrication drawings, GA drawings, and assembly drawings. Perform marking, cutting, fitting, alignment, and assembly of structural steel components. Assemble beams, columns, channels, angles, plates, trusses, and fabricated structures as per drawings. Check dimensions, tolerances, levels, and alignments using measuring instruments. Coordinate with welders and supervisors to ensure proper fit-up before welding. Operate fabrication tools such as grinders, drilling machines, gas cutting equipment, and measuring instruments. Carry out rectification and modification work as instructed by supervisors. Ensure fabrication activities are completed within scheduled timelines. Follow quality standards, safety procedures, and housekeeping requirements. Assist in loading, unloading, and movement of fabricated structures when required. Desired Candidate Profile Educational Qualification SSC (10th Pass) – Mandatory ITI Fitter – Preferred Experience 2 to 10 years of experience in structural steel fabrication, heavy engineering fabrication, PEB structures, industrial projects, bridges, steel structures, or construction projects.
