The role involves manpower coordination, client relationship management, site supervision, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Handle operations across multiple sites efficiently Manage and supervise manpower deployment at different locations Coordinate with clients and resolve operational issues promptly Ensure proper attendance, grooming, and discipline of staff Conduct regular site visits and maintain service quality standards Prepare daily and weekly operational reports Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow and staffing requirements Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed at all sites Job Requirements Diploma or Graduation in any relevant field 2–3 years of experience in facility management, operations, or manpower handling Good communication and client-handling skills Ability to manage multiple sites and teams simultaneously Leadership skills with a problem-solving attitude Basic knowledge of reporting and operations management Willingness to travel locally for site visits
