Business Manager

1. Safety Management Develop and implement workplace safety policies and procedures Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses and prepare reports Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) 2. Health Management Monitor occupational health risks and employee well-being Organize health check-ups and medical surveillance programs Ensure compliance with occupational health standards 3. Environmental Compliance Ensure adherence to environmental laws and regulations Manage waste disposal, pollution control, and resource conservation Promote sustainable and eco-friendly practices 4. Training & Awareness Conduct safety induction and regular training programs Organize fire drills, emergency response drills, and mock drills Promote safety awareness campaigns across departments 5. Compliance & Audits Ensure compliance with legal requirements (Factory Act, OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, etc.) Conduct internal safety audits and prepare audit reports Coordinate external inspections and certifications 6. Reporting & Documentation Maintain safety records, incident logs, and compliance reports Prepare monthly/quarterly EHS performance reports Present safety metrics to management 7. Emergency Preparedness Develop emergency response and evacuation plans Coordinate with fire safety teams and first responders Ensure readiness for chemical spills, fires, or other emergencies Key Skills Required Strong knowledge of safety regulations and environmental laws Risk assessment and problem-solving skills Training and communication skills Incident investigation techniques (Root Cause Analysis) Knowledge of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards Leadership and team coordination
