Job Title: Real Estate Surveyor Location: Coimbatore Position: Surveyor Job Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Real Estate Surveyor to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, preparing survey reports, and supporting real estate development projects with accurate measurements and mapping data. Key Responsibilities Conduct land surveys for residential, commercial, and plotted development projects. Perform topographical surveys and site measurements using surveying equipment. Carry out layout marking and boundary demarcation as per approved plans. Operate and maintain survey instruments such as Total Station, DGPS, and Auto Level. Prepare survey drawings, field notes, and measurement records. Verify land dimensions and identify discrepancies, if any. Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams for survey-related activities. Ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements and industry standards. Assist in project planning and execution through precise survey data. Required Skills Total Station Operation DGPS Surveying Auto Level Handling Land Surveying Topographical Survey Layout Marking Basic Knowledge of Survey Drawings and Mapping Attention to Detail and Accuracy Qualification Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of relevant surveying experience. Ability to work on-site and travel within project locations as required. Preferred Candidate Profile Good understanding of land measurement techniques and survey methodologies. Ability to interpret site plans and engineering drawings. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Team player with a proactive approach to fieldwork.
