Legal Executive (Litigation & Mediation)
📍 Location: Delhi | Experience: 2–5 years
We are hiring a Legal Executive to handle litigation matters and pre-institution mediation proceedings on behalf of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
•File and attend pre-institution mediation cases
•Coordinate with courts, authorities, and advocates
•Draft legal documents (notices, pleadings, agreements)
•Manage case tracking and follow-ups
Requirements:
•LLB from a recognised university
•Experience in litigation & mediation preferred
•Strong drafting & communication skills
👉 Immediate joiners preferred
