Job Description
Assistant Manager • Contract specialist with experience in end-to-end review, drafting, negotiation and finalization of all types of contracts • Responding to GDPR/Data Privacy related queries • Managing and responding to ad hoc queries in relation to the contracts • Help and support to junior and new members of the team • Second level review support • People management responsibilities (if applicable) • Liaising with and supporting other technical departments and business units • Add value to the guidelines and playbook from a domain perspective and also help team members accordingly • Display strong client readiness and be pragmatic • Research and come-up with possible solution while escalating • Contract specialist with experience in end-to-end review, drafting, negotiation and finalization of all types of contracts • Responding to GDPR/Data Privacy related queries • Managing and responding to ad hoc queries in relation to the contracts • Help and support to junior and new members of the team • Second level review support • People management responsibilities (if applicable) • Liaising with and supporting other technical departments and business units • Add value to the guidelines and playbook from a domain perspective and also help team members accordingly • Display strong client readiness and be pragmatic • Research and come-up with possible solution while escalating Educational qualifications • LLB or LLM Work experience • The candidate must have minimum 8 years of post qualification relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with a Big 4 firm or expertise in commercial and technology agreements in a large MNC • Skillset: Contract Specialist Experience Level Mid Level
