Compliance Analyst

Senior Analyst The role is responsible for improving the quality and completeness of screening data in World-Check and related internal systems to enable accurate alert review. The post-holder will verify, research and update individual and entity records using internal sources and document repositories, ensure mandatory fields are completed, and document any gaps or issues for escalation. Roles and Responsibilities : • Review and validate records flagged for remediation. • Search internal databases and document repositories to verify information. • Update individual and entity records with required data and ensure consistency. • Flag and document missing or ambiguous information for escalation. • Maintain basic audit trails and report progress to the screening or compliance team. Educational qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Law, Business, or related field. • Work experience • 2+ Years of experience in AML, compliance, or client onboarding Preferred technical & functional skills • Familiarity with World-Check (LSEG) and document management tools is an advantage. • Basic understanding of AML risk assessments.. • Knowledge of Excel and data handling. Power BI knowledge is preferred. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. • Attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality assessments/Risk identification and assessment • Good communication and collaboration skills for working with KYC and AML Teams • Simple risk analysis (PEP, UBOs, sanctions). • Analytical, critical mindset • Precise • Organized & can prioritize • Take initiative & be decisive • Assertive & diplomatic • Team spirit Experience Level Senior Level
