The role involves representing clients across various courts and managing end-to-end case responsibilities with professionalism and accuracy. 📌 Key Responsibilities Represent clients in courts (District Court, High Court, DRT, etc.) Draft legal documents such as petitions, affidavits, agreements, and notices Handle cases related to civil, criminal, corporate, and family law Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies Attend court hearings and manage filings, documentation, and follow-ups Provide legal advice and maintain strong client communication Coordinate with senior advocates and internal legal teams Maintain case files and ensure timely updates 🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications LLB / LLM from a recognized university Minimum 3+ years of litigation experience (civil/criminal/High Court preferred) Enrollment with Bar Council (mandatory) Strong drafting, pleading, and research skills Excellent communication and client-handling ability Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently Knowledge of court procedures and legal documentation ⭐ Preferred Skills Experience in DRT / Banking / Corporate matters Exposure to High Court work and filings Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 💰 Salary & Benefits ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience) Exposure to diverse legal matters Career growth and courtroom experience Professional work environment 📍 Office Address Legal Capital Law Firm 3rd Block, 4th Floor, White House Building, Greenlands Road, Kundanbagh Colony, Begumpet, Hyderabad, Telangana – 500016 (Alternate Work Location: Gachibowli – Lumbini Avenue, Hyderabad) 📞 Contact Details 📱 Phone: 9000188062 Monday to Saturday Day Shift (9:30 AM – 7:30 PM)
