Role: Advocate
Experience: 3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting legal documents including agreements, petitions, notices, and affidavits
Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs
Representing clients before courts, tribunals, and authorities
Assisting in litigation strategy and case management
Reviewing contracts and ensuring legal compliance
Liaising with clients, court officials, and regulatory bodies
Supporting senior advocates/partners in complex legal matters
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of Indian laws and legal procedures
Excellent drafting and research skills
Courtroom presentation and argument skills
Attention to detail and analytical thinking
Good communication and client-handling abilities
