The candidate should have practical experience in handling real estate legal matters, understanding property-related documentation, and managing legal complications efficiently. Key Responsibilities Handle real estate legal matters independently Draft and verify property-related legal documents Prepare Agreement to Sale, Builder Buyer Agreements, Lease Deeds, Registry Documents, MOUs, Affidavits, and other legal documents Conduct property title verification and legal due diligence Draft legal notices, replies, and related documentation Provide legal consultation and guidance to clients Handle ongoing legal disputes and property-related complications Ensure proper legal compliance and documentation processes Required Skills Strong knowledge of real estate laws and property documentation Excellent legal drafting skills Experience in handling legal disputes and complications Good understanding of court procedures and registration processes Professional communication and coordination skills Detail-oriented and responsible approach towards work Preferred Candidate Prior experience in the real estate legal sector Ability to handle cases and documentation independently Immediate joiners will be preferred About Us HVS Legal Firm is a professionally managed legal firm specializing in real estate legal solutions, documentation, and compliance services.
