Job Description
Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Manage and guide workers/employees on the floor.
Assign tasks and monitor productivity.
Maintain discipline, attendance, and shift schedules.
Ensure quality standards are followed in production/work.
Monitor safety rules and maintain a safe workplace.
Check machines, equipment, and report breakdowns.

Control wastage of material and improve efficiency.
Resolve worker issues and handle minor conflicts.
Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness in the workplace.
