URGENT REQUIREMENT – SITE SUPERVISOR (FABRICATION & INSTALLATION) Job Location: Daman Preferred Residence: Dadra & Nagar Haveli / Silvassa / Vapi / Daman Nearby Area Position Site Supervisor – Fabrication & Installation (Pre-Engineered Building Structure) Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Site Supervisor to supervise fabrication, erection, and installation activities of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) structures at project sites. The candidate should be capable of handling manpower, coordinating site activities, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining safety compliance. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily fabrication, erection, and installation work at site. Read and understand engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, and BOQs. Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, machinery, and equipment. Monitor work progress and ensure timely project completion. Ensure compliance with site safety regulations and company procedures. Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness meetings. Monitor welding, cutting, grinding, and structural erection activities. Inspect fabrication and installation quality as per project specifications. Prepare daily progress reports, manpower reports, and site documentation. Verify measurements and quantities for billing purposes. Resolve site-related technical issues and guide workers. Maintain proper storage and handling of materials. Ensure all permits, inspection records, and site documents are updated. Required Skills Knowledge of structural steel fabrication and installation. Ability to read and interpret fabrication and structural drawings. Understanding of welding processes and quality standards. Leadership and team management skills. Good communication and coordination ability. Knowledge of site safety standards and PPE requirements. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Reporting). Qualification ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fabrication, Welding, or related field preferred. Candidates with relevant practical experience may also apply. Experience Minimum 1 to 3 years experience in fabrication and installation supervision. Experience in PEB structures, structural steel fabrication, industrial sheds, commercial buildings, warehouses, or infrastructure projects preferred. Reporting To Project Manager / Site Manager Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Completion of project activities within schedule. Quality compliance with minimum rework. Zero major safety incidents. Effective utilization of manpower and resources. Timely and accurate reporting. Salary & Benefits Salary: Negotiable based on qualification and experience.
