Job Description
Collect blood samples from patients at home visits and clinic
Ensure proper patient identification before sample collection
Follow standard phlebotomy procedures and safety protocols
Maintain hygiene, sterilization, and infection control
Properly label and handle samples for transportation
Coordinate with lab and logistics team for timely processing
Handle difficult veins and ensure minimal discomfort to patients
Maintain records of collections and report daily activity
