Job Description
Manage daily dispatch operations for pharmaceutical products.
Prepare dispatch documents, invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans.
Coordinate with transporters and courier partners for timely deliveries.
Verify product quantities, batch numbers, and packing before dispatch.
Maintain dispatch records and inventory reports.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and pharma regulations.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams.
Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
Ensure proper packaging and safe handling of products.
Monitor dispatch schedules and meet delivery deadlines.
