Tender Executive

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage the preparation, submission, and coordination of tender documents for government and private projects. The candidate will be responsible for handling tender processes, documentation, bid preparation, and communication with internal departments and clients. Key Responsibilities Search and monitor relevant tenders through portals and notifications Prepare tender documents, bid submissions, and quotations Coordinate with technical, finance, and management teams for tender requirements Review tender terms, conditions, and eligibility criteria Maintain records of submitted and ongoing tenders Upload and submit documents on e-tendering portals Prepare EMD, BOQ, compliance sheets, and supporting documents Follow up on tender status, clarifications, and correspondence Ensure submissions meet deadlines and compliance standards Maintain confidentiality of pricing and company information Required Skills Knowledge of tendering and procurement processes Basic understanding of contracts and documentation MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Familiarity with e-tender portals and online bidding systems Good communication and coordination skills Attention to detail and time management.
