Position: Technical Support
Qualification:
• B.Sc. in Computer Science / BCA
Experience:
• 1 Year
Desired Skills:
• Understanding of Virtualization and Cloud
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux server basics
• Monitoring tools like Zabbix/Splunk
• Knowledge of SAN/NAS, RAID, VMware
• Awareness of AWS/Azure
• Basic networking and hardware troubleshooting
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Job Profile:
• 24/7 shift operations including night/weekend shifts
• Monitoring servers, networks, cooling, and power systems
• Logging incidents and escalating issues
• Maintaining shift handover documentation
• Smart-hands support including racking/cabling
• Physical walkthroughs and security log maintenance
