We focus on empowering single-truck owners through a gig-based logistics network with real-time load matching and verified onboarding. We already have: Working product DPIIT recognition Government integrations vision Incubation in progress 🎯 Role Overview We are looking for a high-ownership Full Stack Developer to work directly with the founder and take charge of building and scaling our core platform. This is not a typical job. 👉 This is a 0 → 1 startup building role 💼 Key Responsibilities Build and scale the web platform (frontend + backend) Develop core logistics features (load matching, driver onboarding, dashboards) Integrate APIs (payments, maps, govt systems) Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure Collaborate on product decisions and roadmap 🧠 Required Skills Strong in React / Next.js + Node.js Experience with databases (PostgreSQL / MongoDB) API development & integration experience Basic cloud deployment (AWS / Vercel / Firebase) Understanding of real-time systems (WebSockets / Firebase) ⚡ Ideal Candidate 1–4 years experience Has built real-world projects (must show) Startup mindset: fast, ownership-driven Can work independently without hand-holding 💰 Compensation ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (early-stage) Performance-based increase Equity (ESOP / future growth role) 👉 High-growth opportunity → can evolve into Tech Lead / CTO 🌟 Why Join Us?
