*ERP & POS Software – Technical Support Executive*
We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to provide end-to-end support for ERP and Retail POS software.
The role includes handling client queries, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, assisting with installation and configuration, providing user training, and coordinating with the development team for issue resolution.
