Role Overview: We are looking for a technically sound and customer-oriented professional to handle installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support of attendance and access control systems. Key Responsibilities: • Installation and configuration of biometric attendance machines and access control systems • On-site and remote troubleshooting support • Handling desktop and cloud-based attendance software • Client communication and training • Documentation and reporting Required Skills & Qualifications: • Experience with attendance machines and access control systems • Knowledge of biometric devices, networking, and software • Familiarity with MS Access Soft Skills: • Strong communication skills • Problem-solving mindset • Ability to manage multiple tasks Work Requirements: • Willingness to travel for on-site work • Comfortable with virtual support • Monday to Saturday working Reporting: Directly to the Chairman Why Join Us: • Work with top enterprise clients • Exposure to advanced security tech • Growth opportunities
