Maintain customer data in Excel/CRM software
Follow up with leads regularly
Handle client queries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Coordinate with the sales team
Ensure customer satisfaction
Prepare and maintain daily reports
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM tools)
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Organized and responsible
Experience preferred
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and ticketing tools

Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow-ups
