Key Responsibilities: Authorized to handle audits and closer of non-conformance. Authorized to work in the absence of activity in-charge responsible for on time invoice, stock transfer note, generation against sales order , stock transfer order, pop - mcm allocation. Coordination with company representative, transporter & dispatch officials. Ensure all system processes(inward/outward) are done on time, with full efficiency & through system only. Ensure complete usage of WMS & TMS application within agreed timeline. Follow up/coordination for collection of PODs from transporters, dealers & sales. Maintain relevant documents of the process as required. Preparing daily, monthly MIS report and to send mail to the concern official on time. Processing & maintaining sales return as per SOP. Responsible for proper documentation (filing, record keeping, retrieval) for all inward & outward documents. Send monthly return regarding stock to statutory department and keep record.
