Computer Operator Job Description – Website & IT Company Job Title : Computer Operator Location : Sector 17 - Gurgaon Company : Kontact Us Websoft Technologies Job Type : Full-Time (Mon To Sat) Job Timings : 10am to 6pm Job Summary:- We are looking for a responsible and smart Computer Operator to handle daily office operations, computer-related work, and social media management for our IT company. The candidate should have good computer knowledge, basic social media skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities:- Handle daily computer operations and office-related tasks Perform data entry, documentation, and record management Work on MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reports and files Manage emails, printing and document formatting Upload and maintain company data on software and online portals Coordinate with team members for administrative and operational work Handle company social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Post regular updates, images, videos, and promotional content on social media Reply to basic customer messages and inquiries on social platforms Maintain and organize digital files, photos, and videos Assist in basic online research and internet-related work Monitor system performance and report technical issues if needed Requirements:- Basic knowledge of computers and internet usage Knowledge of MS Office and data entry work Basic understanding of social media platforms and posting Good typing speed and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team Basic photo/video uploading and content handling knowledge Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred Salary & Benefits Salary : ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience) Friendly and professional work environment Opportunity to grow in IT, administration, and digital marketing Skill development and training support Interested candidates can apply by sending their resume along with passport size photograph on whatsapp.
