Automation Test Engineer

We are looking for smart, proactive, and solution-oriented candidates who can manage the end-to-end operations of an application. This is an operational role best suited for individuals who are detail-oriented, adaptable, and have a go-getter attitude. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee day-to-day application operations Test applications regularly and identify bugs/issues Coordinate closely with developers to ensure smooth issue resolution Monitor application performance and suggest operational improvements Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and proactively Maintain clear communication with internal teams Requirements Strong problem-solving and communication skills Positive attitude and proactive mindset Ability to work independently and take ownership Candidates willing to work on a freelance or part-time basis are welcome Candidates with a B.Tech + MBA background will be preferred Prior experience in operations, testing, or application support is an advantage Preferred Qualities Go-getter mindset Smart and quick learner Solution-oriented approach Strong attention to detail Ability to coordinate effectively with technical teams
