b Title: Housekeeping Supervisor Organization: Ompee Global School Reporting To: Admin Manager / School Director Job Summary The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for managing housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth functioning of support services within the school premises. Duty Timing Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage housekeeping staff and assign daily duties Hire and maintain housekeeping staff, nanny staff, and other support staff as per school requirements Ensure cleanliness of classrooms, offices, washrooms, corridors, and common areas Monitor hygiene and sanitization standards across the campus Maintain attendance, duty rosters, and discipline of support staff Conduct regular inspections of school premises Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning materials and equipment Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and arrange timely replenishment Report maintenance issues and coordinate with management for repairs Support school administration in overall facility management Requirements Minimum 1–3 years of experience in housekeeping supervision Experience in staff hiring and team management Good communication and leadership skills Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment Additional Expectations Maintain discipline and professionalism among all support staff Ensure timely completion of duties Follow all school rules, safety, and hygiene standards
