Job Description (JD) – Housekeeping Supervisor Company: MM Mithaiwala & Namkeens Pvt. Ltd. Department: Housekeeping Designation: Housekeeping Supervisor Location: Mumbai Experience Required: 2 to 4 Years Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Depending on Experience) Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Housekeeping Supervisor to manage cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping operations at MM Mithaiwala & Namkeens Pvt. Ltd. The candidate will supervise housekeeping staff, maintain sanitation standards, and ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and employees. Key Responsibilities Supervise housekeeping staff and allocate daily cleaning duties. Ensure cleanliness of dining area, kitchen surroundings, washrooms, office area, and store sections. Monitor hygiene and sanitation standards as per company policy. Conduct daily inspections of all areas and maintain housekeeping checklists. Ensure proper use of cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment. Maintain stock of housekeeping supplies and raise requirements on time. Coordinate with maintenance team for repairs and upkeep issues. Train housekeeping staff on grooming, discipline, hygiene, and cleaning procedures. Ensure waste disposal and pest control activities are properly managed. Maintain attendance, shift schedules, and staff discipline. Handle customer complaints related to cleanliness professionally. Follow food safety and hygiene standards applicable to the food industry. Skills Required Good leadership and team handling skills Knowledge of housekeeping and hygiene practices Basic understanding of food industry cleanliness standards Good communication and coordination skills Ability to manage manpower efficiently Attention to detail and discipline Eligibility Criteria Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred 2–4 years of experience in housekeeping supervision Experience in restaurant, hotel, food production, or retail industry preferred Working Conditions Rotational shifts may apply Weekly off as per company policy Candidate should be physically active and able to manage floor operations Reporting To Admin Manager / Operations Manager / General Manager Company Expectations Punctuality and discipline Proper grooming and hygiene Positive attitude and teamwork Commitment towards cleanliness and customer satisfaction MM Mithaiwala & Namkeens Pvt.
