Facility Manager

Job Responsibilities
Oversee housekeeping, security, and facility operations across client sites.
Manage maintenance activities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs.
Supervise facility staff and ensure service quality standards are maintained.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Monitor attendance, shift schedules, and manpower deployment.
Prepare reports on facility operations, maintenance, and service performance.
